💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans. Your core impact is helping the team meet sales targets while using your fandom knowledge to train new recruits. This role offers the chance to step up as a leader and open and close the store independently.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience using product knowledge and fandom expertise.
• Open and close the store, covering sales floor when manager is away.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and communicate trend information to management.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
