💼 About This Role

You'll support customers in German and English across email, phone, chat, and social media for a global refurbished device marketplace. Your work will directly improve customer experience and reduce e-waste. You'll also coach outsourced agents and test new solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide quick, clear support across email, phone, chat, and social media
• Coach and advise outsourced customer care agents
• Test new customer-related tools and solutions
• Participate in cross-departmental projects with Care Ops and Training teams

📋 Requirements

• Fluent English and German
• At least 1 year in a Customer Care role
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
