Description

As a Technical Program Manager for Corelight Labs, you will bridge research and engineering to drive AI/ML detection models and core engines from concept to production. You will own program lifecycle, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and ensure predictable delivery in a fast-paced R&D environment, directly protecting customers from cyber attacks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical or Engineering Program Manager in high-tech
• Proven track record working with R&D, ML, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure teams
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern program management tools
• Strong understanding of SDLC and research-to-production workflows
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of Labs initiatives including AI/ML detection models and core engines (Zeek, Suricata, YARA)
• Orchestrate cross-functional alignment between Labs, Engineering, QA, Product Management, and Field teams
• Define comprehensive plans, milestones, and success criteria; manage risk across parallel workstreams
• Translate research into executable plans, aligning on handoffs and integration points
• Provide clear, data-driven status reporting to leadership and stakeholders
