You'll join the William Kraft Agency as an Agent in Training, selling a comprehensive range of insurance products to individuals, families, and businesses. Your core impact will be generating new business and building trusted client relationships through proactive lead generation and personalized consultations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively generate leads through prospecting and community engagement
• Conduct personalized consultations to assess client insurance needs
• Present and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
• Manage sales activities and client communications using CRM systems

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in insurance, sales, or customer service
• Active Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain)
• Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
