Join Precisely's Data Integration team to own the Connect CDC product line. You will translate market trends and customer insights into a clear product roadmap, working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality solutions. As the subject matter expert, you will guide product development and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-7 years of product management experience building SaaS platforms or shared services.
• Proven ability to deliver reusable platform components at scale.
• Experience defining platform standards and managing stakeholders in Agile environment.
• Familiarity with data integration concepts such as CDC, ETL/ELT, connectors, or real-time data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Connect CDC roadmap, prioritizing capabilities for customer needs and competitive differentiation.
• Conduct research with customers, prospects, and analysts to surface unmet needs.
• Author business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintain prioritized backlog.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Support, and GTM teams for on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Monitor the CDC and data integration landscape; serve as go-to resource on Connect CDC capabilities.
