💼 About This Role

You'll lead system-level reliability strategy for complex electromechanical medical devices at PROCEPT BioRobotics, ensuring robust product performance. You'll apply advanced tools like Weibull analysis and HALT/HASS to drive data-based design decisions. This role partners closely with R&D, Systems Engineering, and Quality teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead system-level reliability strategy and testing for electromechanical medical devices.
• Define reliability requirements and growth plans for NPI programs and design changes.
• Design and execute reliability test protocols for mechanical, electrical, and software subsystems.
• Drive reliability insights from field data and complaint trends to support product improvements.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Electrical, or Mechanical).
• Minimum of 6 years experience in medical device or regulated industry with reliability expertise.
• Background in Capital Equipment and complex electromechanical devices.
• Experience defining and executing ALT, HALT/HASS and reliability verification strategies.

✨ Nice to Have

• ASQ CQE or CRE certification preferred.
• Basic machine tool and manufacturing experience a plus.
• Experience with medical device testing or development a plus.
