Description

You'll lead health underwriting for medical, dental, and vision insurance across multiple carriers. You'll drive renewal strategies, new business processes, and year-round analysis, working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and Finance to balance growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in renewal strategies and reporting for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance across multiple national carriers
• Serve as subject matter expert and provide direction to underwriting staff and sales teams on new business underwriting and rating
• Architect and lead high-impact cross-functional strategic projects
• Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate complex risks affecting financial results
• Balance membership growth and profitability targets for specific groups, industries, or markets
