💼 About This Role

You'll lead a Forward Deployed AI engineering team building AI-powered workflow transformation across Sales, Marketing, and G&A functions. This is a player-coach role where you'll spend roughly half your time building alongside your engineers. You'll own the full deployment lifecycle and partner closely with the AI Platform team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and ship AI agents and automation pipelines alongside your team.
• Hire, manage, and develop Forward Deployed AI Solutions Engineers.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and G&A leadership to set the AI roadmap.
• Own deployment lifecycle from discovery through production handoff.
• Instrument observability across all deployed workflows.

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on technical depth in LLMs, agents, prompting, RAG, and production debugging.
• Proven leadership as a player-coach managing technical teams while contributing code.
• Business partnership skills to translate goals into executable roadmaps.
• Operational rigor with security, compliance, and handoff processes.

• Prior experience in forward-deployed engineering or AI technical operations.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise agentic platforms like CrewAI or LangChain.
• Deep familiarity with Sales, Marketing, or Finance functions.
