💼 About This Role

You'll join a technology-first manufacturing startup transforming composite part production for aerospace, defense, and motorsports. You'll prepare tooling, lay up parts, and operate cure cycles on the 2nd shift. This role offers a $1.50 shift differential and the chance to drive process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and maintain tooling (sand, polish, seal, release).
• Lay up parts using templates or projection systems.
• Bag and cure: build vacuum bags, perform leak tests.
• Demold, trim, and bond assemblies.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as a technician in prepreg composites manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret layup books and work instructions.
• Proficient with calipers, scales, tape measures, torque wrenches.
• Lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in aerospace and/or motorsport.
• Experience with in/out of autoclave manufacturing.
• Flexibility for extended hours/weekends.
