You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including AI experts, computational chemists, and drug hunters to improve SandboxAQ's Large Quantitative Models. This role offers a chance to directly contribute to novel medicines using modern methodologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Apply organic and medicinal chemistry strategies to address drug discovery needs
• Translate project insights to improve AI-driven computational chemistry platforms
• Manage contract research organizations and external chemistry partners
• Lead preparation of scientific proposals, patents, and publications

📋 Requirements

• PhD in synthetic organic or medicinal chemistry or related discipline
• At least 3 years of medicinal chemistry expertise in biotech or pharma
• Experience in structure-based and ligand-based drug discovery programs

• Experience leading chemistry function within drug discovery projects
• Familiarity with computational methods in drug design
• Interest in solving chemistry problems via computational and data-driven methods
