💼 About This Role

You'll open and close the store, assist during high-volume periods, and support new employees. You'll drive sales through excellent customer service and maintain store standards, all while providing product recommendations. This role includes operating cash registers and ensuring age verification policies are followed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide product recommendations
• Open and close the store, including tills and cash handling
• Assist with inventory restocking and counts
• Train new employees on store procedures and standards

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail or equivalent
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
