💼 About This Role

You'll develop residential mortgage origination volume from brokers in assigned geographic areas. You'll prospect new broker relationships and nurture existing ones to meet targets. This hybrid role combines non-face-to-face interactions with occasional in-person events.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect and cold-contact brokers to establish new relationships
• Conduct training and product awareness sessions via webinars
• Advise brokers on deal inquiries and facilitate closing
• Build rapport with internal sales and credit teams

📋 Requirements

• Two years' residential mortgage underwriting or credit experience
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Self-directed and highly organized
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous sales experience
• Knowledge of Cyberquery or similar database reporting tool
