You'll develop and execute reliability test methodologies for autonomous sidewalk robots, driving root cause analysis and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve design robustness. Your work ensures Serve Robotics' fleet operates reliably on urban sidewalks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute component, subsystem, and system-level reliability studies
• Drive root cause analysis for failures and document findings
• Contribute to design reviews and FMEA sessions
• Analyze field data to improve reliability and testing protocols

📋 Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent engineering field
• 3+ years experience in design and test of electromechanical systems
• Experience with thermal, ingress, vibration, and shock testing
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in automotive, medical, aerospace, or robotics industries
• Scripting skills in Python or Bash for hardware test automation
• Experience in Unix/Linux environments
