🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain production-grade data pipelines and analytics models
• Own core business metrics and instrumentation standards
• Enable teams to answer their own questions with self-serve analytics
• Define roadmap for hiring and scaling the data function

📋 Requirements

• Strong SQL skills and experience building production-grade data systems
• Comfort operating across analytics engineering, data modeling, and light analysis
• Business fluency across Growth, Finance, and Product
