Description

You will provide technical and clinical expertise, educational support, and field support to ensure safe adoption of the Inspire therapy. Responsibilities include supporting implant procedures and device activations, maintaining hospital credentials, providing education and follow-up training to clinical staff, and collaborating with sales personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years clinical, healthcare, or medical device experience
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a clinical setting
• Strong computer skills with MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel
• Problem solving/troubleshooting skills
• Ability to travel (including overnights) within territory

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during implant procedures and device activation
• Maintain credentials enabling access to assigned hospitals and clinics
• Provide technical leadership and education to account clinical staff
• Provide post-training follow up including procedural reviews and in-servicing
• Collaborate with sales personnel on training and support for targeted customers
