💼 About This Role

You'll own the Transaction Monitoring product area at the intersection of First Line, Compliance, Engineering and Data. Your focus will be building scalable, regulator-ready controls while enabling growth across traditional and digital asset payment rails.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define strategy and roadmap for Transaction Monitoring across fiat, crypto, and card flows.
• Drive improvements in false positive reduction, alert quality, and operational scalability.
• Partner with Data Science teams on predictive AI model inputs, outputs, and thresholds.
• Translate regulatory and AML requirements into clear product requirements for engineering.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a Product Manager.
• 2+ years working on AML / Transaction Monitoring products.
• Hands-on exposure to crypto transaction monitoring (especially stablecoins) or VASP compliance.
• Experience with blockchain analytics tools (e.g., Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic).

• Experience building platforms serving both B2B and B2B2C use cases.
