You'll lead end-to-end operations in Thrive Market's e-commerce fulfillment center, ensuring safe, efficient, and scalable execution. You'll own performance outcomes across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and employee engagement while building leadership bench strength. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own daily operational performance across inbound, outbound, and inventory control departments
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Operations Managers and Area Managers
• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure OSHA compliance
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, or distribution
• 3+ years leading managers of managers in a high-volume environment
• Proven experience driving safety, productivity, and quality improvements
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field

• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification
• Experience launching new processes, departments, or buildings
• Familiarity with WMS (ideally Highjump)
