💼 About This Role

You'll help large customers embed Sentry's error monitoring tools into their applications and workflows. You'll act as a trusted advisor, develop best practices and content, and drive adoption. This hybrid role lets you work with diverse clients and developer tools at a well-funded company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate customer pain points into implementation and onboarding plans
• Develop best practices, educational offerings, and content on error management
• Act as trusted advisor and subject-matter expert for customers
• Provide workshop-level interaction to drive maturity and adoption

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant, or similar
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Python, Node.js, and other languages
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Problem-solving and project leadership experience

• Experience with open-source software
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Experience building scripts, code samples, and demos
