Description

You will lead strategic new initiatives within SoFi's Personal Loans business, defining multi-quarter roadmaps to unlock growth opportunities. You'll own cross-sell experiences, including recommendation systems, and incubate new product opportunities from concept to launch while partnering with engineering, data science, and design teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of product management experience
• Proven track record of owning product initiatives and delivering measurable business impact
• Strong product intuition and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data science

Responsibilities

• Identify and define new product opportunities for Personal Loans growth, focusing on cross-sell and member value
• Build and iterate on recommendation and ranking systems for personalized product surfacing
• Lead 0→1 product development from problem definition through launch and scaling
• Partner with Data Science to define models and success metrics for personalization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Risk, and Operations
