🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and mentor a team of ML and data engineers
• Partner with Product Managers to define technical requirements and roadmaps
• Oversee end-to-end execution of large-scale ML solutions
• Build robust batch and real-time data pipelines

📋 Requirements

• 10-14+ years total experience in ML/data engineering
• 5+ years leading and managing engineering teams
• Proven track record shipping ML models in production
• Expert proficiency in Python
