Description

You will partner with engineers and product managers to measure and improve the performance of the Roblox app across millions of devices, defining KPIs, running experiments, and influencing strategy to deliver the best user experience.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Statistics, Math, Physics, Engineering, CS, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of industry experience in data science, preferably with app/system performance
• Proficiency in SQL, R/Python, and data visualization tools
• Deep knowledge of statistical methods, causal inference, and experimental design
• Strong communication skills for data storytelling

Responsibilities

• Define and measure success metrics for app performance
• Analyze trade-offs between performance levers to influence strategy
• Transform raw data and present insights in compelling ways
• Perform deep dives to uncover new opportunities
• Use A/B experiments and causal inference to evaluate feature launches
