💼 About This Role

You'll own critical systems end-to-end from the React frontend to the Node.js backend, designing the architecture for a seed-stage AI startup. You'll ship AI-powered workflows and build engineering culture from the ground up with real impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own systems end-to-end from database schema to deployment pipeline
• Build AI-native product experiences with real-time transcription and summaries
• Establish engineering patterns, conventions, and guardrails
• Ship across the stack: TypeScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB, Azure

📋 Requirements

• Computer science fundamentals from a top-tier university
• 3-5 years of full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Deep understanding of MongoDB or similar document databases at scale
• Track record of owning and shipping complex features end-to-end

• Experience building or scaling a product (side project, startup, open-source)
• Previous CTO, tech lead, or founding engineer role
• Familiarity with LLM integration patterns and agent architectures
