Description

You will join Cogent Biosciences to launch bezuclastinib across multiple indications, managing territory accounts by building relationships with physicians and healthcare stakeholders, analyzing business performance, and executing comprehensive territory plans to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or healthcare equivalent degree required
  • Minimum 5+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales experience, preferably in Rare Disease/Oncology/Hematology
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketplace and healthcare industry trends
  • Strong negotiation, partnering, and influencing skills
  • Prior experience working in large accounts and/or hospitals required

Responsibilities

  • Manage territory accounts and build relationships with physicians, allied healthcare professionals, and business stakeholders
  • Analyze territory dynamics including opinion leaders, treatment trends, payer dynamics, and competitive landscape
  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans to achieve sales targets
  • Demonstrate clinical and product expertise to educate customers strategically
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external account stakeholders to advance business objectives
