💼 About This Role

You'll lead the product strategy across three squads delivering intelligent financial automation for Perk's all-in-one travel and spend platform. Your impact will directly eliminate manual accounting work for thousands of finance controllers worldwide. This role combines product leadership with deep fintech domain expertise at a hyper-growth company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own group vision, strategy, and roadmap for Financial Experience and ERP Integrations.
• Lead and grow a team of product managers through coaching and structured 1-1s.
• Drive high-velocity execution using data, customer feedback, and AI research.
• Define ERP integration strategy for scalable onboarding and clean data flows.
• Champion the finance controller experience across the expense lifecycle.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with 2+ years leading groups of teams.
• Deep understanding of finance automation and ERP integrations (NetSuite, SAP, Xero, QuickBooks).
• Fluency in data analysis with ability to set KPIs and prioritize using quantitative signals.
• Hands-on AI prototyping experience using tools like Claude or Cursor.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building products for enterprise finance users (CFO, Controllers).
• Knowledge of VAT reclaim, expense reconciliation, or multi-entity reporting.
• Built vs buy evaluation experience for integrations.
