🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet pet parents and ensure smooth check-in/out
• Manage schedule of daily appointments and walk-ins
• Take calls and communicate via email with clients and other practices
• Keep common areas clean and well stocked

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask with accuracy
• Comfortable typing and using multiple computer systems

• Experience in the veterinary industry
• Prior experience in veterinary practices or animal care
