- Develop strategic vision and staffing plan for civil rights project
- Identify, develop, and supervise high-impact civil rights litigation
- Coordinate with peer organizations on litigation and legal doctrine
- Facilitate collaboration across legal department and other divisions
π Requirements
- J.D. from accredited law school
- Active bar membership in District of Columbia or ability to become admitted
- 15+ years active litigation experience with civil rights focus
- 10+ years experience managing diverse legal teams

- Experience developing affirmative litigation in state/federal courts
- Familiarity with legal doctrines applicable to government litigation
