- Manage office operations including phones, scheduling, and supply inventory.
- Prepare board meeting agendas, notices, reports, and take minutes.
- Address resident concerns, issue access devices, and assist new residents.
- Conduct routine inspections of common areas and generate work orders.
๐ Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of relevant experience in property management or hospitality preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems like SharePoint.
- Ability to multitask, resolve conflict, and provide excellent customer service.
