• Lead a team of ~10 Supervisors of Embassadors
• Ensure delivery KPIs like punctuality and customer satisfaction
• Resolve operational issues in the field in real time
• Plan embassador coverage and territory distribution

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year leading operational or logistics field teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and resolve incidents
• Strong communication and conflict management skills
• Proficiency in CRM, Google Sheets, Tableau, Superset, Power BI

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as a Supervisor of Embassadors
• Last-mile logistics experience
• Conversational English (B2 or higher)
