You'll drive inorganic growth strategy and execute transformative acquisitions for a public benefit consultancy. You'll act as a bridge between senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align corporate development with long-term objectives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with CEO and executives to refine corporate development strategy
• Proactively build pipeline of targets and partnerships through market research
• Drive transaction lifecycle from outreach to closing with legal team
• Lead integration planning with 30-60-90 day post-acquisition plans

📋 Requirements

• 7–10 years in corporate development, investment banking, or similar
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Deep experience in M&A and financial modeling
• Understanding of tech-enabled professional services metrics
