💼 About This Role

You'll lead the CM organization for an innovative AR technology startup, establishing and managing configuration management processes that ensure product integrity and traceability throughout the full lifecycle. You'll serve as the CM authority, administer Configuration Control Boards, and partner closely with Engineering, Program Management, Production, and Quality. This hands-on leadership role offers the opportunity to build and scale CM processes in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end CM function including identification, control, status accounting, and audits.
• Establish and maintain product baselines.
• Administer Configuration Control Boards and process Engineering Change Requests.
• Manage engineering drawing and technical data package release and change processes.
• Support program reviews, FCAs/PCAs, and customer CM deliverables.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive CM experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated industry.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with technical management process ownership.
• Proficiency with PLM tools (e.g., PTC Windchill, Teamcenter).
• Experience with DoD government contracts and CDRL management.

• Master's degree in a related technical field.
• Experience in a startup environment scaling CM processes.
• Knowledge of MIL-STD and defense acquisition lifecycle processes.
