You'll join InDebted to transform debt recovery by engaging empathetically with customers and negotiating repayment solutions. You'll use machine learning and AI to personalise collections and improve customer experiences. This role is part of a rapidly expanding global team backed by Series C funding.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate repayment plans with customers
• Analyse customer concerns and recommend solutions
• Recommend process improvements to internal teams
• Meet client and company scorecard targets

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in Australian collections and voice-based customer service
• Experience with roll rate management
• Proficiency in web-based tools for customer interaction
• Knowledge of debt collection regulations in Australia
