Requirements

• Passion for storytelling and curiosity about AI and customer experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent)
• 3-5 years experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing (tech/SaaS/AI preferred)
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing best practices

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish content across web, blog, email, social, presentations, and video
• Partner with marketing, demand generation, and design teams on campaigns
• Develop standout campaign copy highlighting differentiators and AI innovation
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear customer narratives
• Track content performance and optimize using insights
