๐ผ About This Role
You'll scale and lead the Customer Success function at a venture-backed SaaS startup, building foundational retention strategies and aligning product value with revenue. This role focuses on defining the customer journey, driving NRR/GRR metrics, and acting as the voice of the customer to shape the product roadmap. You'll have the opportunity to build a team from scratch in a high-growth construction tech company disrupting a $4.7T industry.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Hire, train, and mentor the initial Customer Success team.
- Build end-to-end customer journey including onboarding and QBR structures.
- Monitor health scores to reduce churn and identify expansion opportunities.
- Act as voice of customer to inform product roadmap and address adoption barriers.
- Align success initiatives with Sales and Marketing for hand-offs and case studies.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting in SaaS.
- Experience scaling teams at early-stage startups (Series A-C).
- Proven ability to drive retention and expansion metrics.
- Understanding of change management best practices for complex enterprise adoption.

- Experience with Government, Utilities, or AEC sectors.
- Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue growth.
- Willingness to be hands-on as needed.
