Description

You will manage integration build flow and test operations, evaluate designs for manufacturability, and work with engineers and technicians to optimize satellite production. Your goal is to ensure satellites achieve their mission through hands-on testing and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline
• 5+ years professional design and/or hands-on manufacturing experience
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
• Must be US citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR)
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends

Responsibilities

• Manage integration build flow and test operations
• Evaluate proposed designs for manufacturability and integration
• Interface with engineers and technicians to optimize manufacturing and automation
• Develop and refine manufacturing assembly procedures
• Evaluate non-conformances to determine root cause and create improvements
