You'll support Element Biosciences' growing customer base in the Bay Area, providing technical expertise and customer training on NGS workflows. Your core impact is ensuring customer success and driving adoption of our platform through troubleshooting and strategic collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Travel frequently to customer sites for on-site support
• Troubleshoot technical issues with workflows, instruments, and software
• Deliver product training and workshops to customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelors degree with 4+ years or Masters with 2+ years in NGS
• NGS sample and library prep workflow experience
• Cell biology and multiomics experience
• Strong communication and relationship building skills

• Experience with NGS sequencing instrument setup
• Experience with microscopy
• Account management skills
