You'll drive carwow's buying platform adoption by winning and onboarding independent motor traders and franchise dealer groups through consultative selling and tailored demos. You'll focus on phone-based outreach with occasional field visits to close key deals.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Sign up new dealers and drive adoption on the Sell My Car platform
  • Generate new business via cold outreach and inbound leads over the phone
  • Identify and develop upsell opportunities for additional services
  • Collaborate with Account Management to ensure smooth handover and reactivation

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Experience in automotive retail industry (essential)
  • Hunter mentality with passion for prospecting and partnerships
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • CRM proficiency (e.g. Salesforce)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Data analysis skills to spot opportunities and risks
  • Experience with consultative selling and tailored demos
  • Familiarity with dealer management systems
