🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and mentor a sales team to achieve goals
• Implement regional sales strategies for lead generation
• Monitor sales pipeline for timely deal closures
• Track and analyze sales metrics for performance

📋 Requirements

• C2-level German proficiency and fluency in English
• Proven experience managing sales teams in SaaS or hospitality tech
• Familiarity with CRM systems preferably Hubspot
• Based in Germany or DACH region
