💼 About This Role

You'll lead Deal Desk within the Strategic Finance team, acting as the ultimate DRI for revenue adjustments and deal economics. You'll structure, approve, and manage commercial agreements with strategic advertising partners, ensuring every deal has a clear financial rationale. This high-ownership role partners closely with GTM, Finance, and senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as DRI for all revenue adjustments in weekly reporting
• Lead weekly alignment meetings with FP&A team and explain week-over-week variance
• Own all deal types end-to-end from standard to complex arrangements
• Lead upfront diligence for non-standard deals including detailed financial modeling

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commercial finance, deal desk, or strategic finance
• At least 5 years with direct ownership over deal structuring or commercial agreements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition and accrual accounting
