You'll provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, including those with advanced needs like tracheostomy and ventilator management. You'll enjoy flexible self-scheduling and electronic documentation while making a meaningful impact. Paid training is provided for complex cases.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one home care to high acuity clients
• Manage tracheostomy and ventilator care as needed
• Document care electronically using mobile app
• Collaborate with clinical support team as needed

📋 Requirements

• Valid RN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school
