Description

You will own material flow from raw materials to finished goods, manage production plans, and ensure component availability using ERP tools. You'll coordinate with purchasing, production, and engineering teams to solve operational challenges in a fast-paced defense hardware environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical field, supply chain, or business with technical minor
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma
• Demonstrated ability to own a value chain and coordinate multiple parties for on-time deliveries
• Willingness to take responsibility across supply chain, logistics, engineering, and material planning

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production plans including component availability and scheduling
• Provide visibility on part shortages to purchasing and production teams
• Provide forecasts to Supply Chain team for component requirements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize supply allocations
• Manage Consumables Inventory and develop MRP processes
