📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams and Engineering Managers in high-growth SaaS.
• Strong technical background contributing to architecture and technical strategy decisions.
• Experience defining and executing technical roadmaps across large product areas.
• Track record of coaching engineering leaders and building high-performing teams.
• Experience delivering user-facing product features in fast-paced environments.
