🎯 What You'll Do

• Design user-facing SOPs considering readability and work environment
• Structure operational processes using MECE principles with flowcharts and decision trees
• Optimize end-to-end processes for efficiency and risk control
• Visualize complex policies to prevent operational errors

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of operational management or e-commerce experience
• Experience writing customer-facing documentation or managing knowledge bases
• Proficient in Confluence, Lucidchart, Notion for process visualization
• Ability to use Google Sheets/Docs and Excel for data management and reporting

✨ Nice to Have

• Business architecture design skills to reorganize fragmented information into systems
• Empathetic communication to simplify complex information
• Team leadership experience as a team lead or project leader
