🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead technical architecture and engineering roadmap.
• Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable systems.
• Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence.
• Conduct code reviews ensuring quality and security.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience (Python & Golang).
• Experience with distributed systems or cloud computing (AWS).
• Experience building APIs (REST or GraphQL).
• Expertise in relational and non-relational databases.

• Experience with message queueing technologies (SQS/RabbitMQ/Kafka).
• Expertise in instrumentation and observability.
