You'll lead a high-performing enterprise sales team focused on acquiring and expanding relationships with large customers. You'll drive revenue growth strategy and build a strong pipeline generation engine. This role offers the chance to shape sales culture in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, recruit, develop, and retain a team of Enterprise Account Executives
- Drive enterprise sales excellence using value-based selling and MEDDPICC
- Own enterprise pipeline generation strategy and ensure strong collaboration
- Forecast accurately to executive leadership
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Alliances
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience
- Strong track record of exceeding enterprise revenue targets
- Experience selling complex technical solutions into large enterprises
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and retain top-performing AEs
