You'll lead a high-performing enterprise sales team focused on acquiring and expanding relationships with large customers.   • Lead, recruit, develop, and retain a team of Enterprise Account Executives
  • Drive enterprise sales excellence using value-based selling and MEDDPICC
  • Own enterprise pipeline generation strategy and ensure strong collaboration
  • Forecast accurately to executive leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Alliances

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience
  • Strong track record of exceeding enterprise revenue targets
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions into large enterprises
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and retain top-performing AEs
