You'll drive customer success for a $5M+ ARR AI platform that helps companies win government contracts. You'll champion product adoption within defense primes, using your firsthand capture experience to transform legacy workflows. Your credibility and defense industry knowledge will be key to bridging our product with complex government contracting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise Fortune 500 defense companies on capture process transformation
• Lead onboardings, pilots, and enterprise rollouts at major defense primes
• Serve as internal voice of the user to inform product and engineering priorities

📋 Requirements

• 1-5 years of government contracts experience
• Familiarity with BD/Capture workflows for defense companies
• Experience with legacy tools like SAM.gov and CRM systems

• Worked at a prime contractor or government consultant
