• Oversee daily operations and compliance with health and safety regulations

📋 Requirements

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years as a culinary instructor
• 3-4 years of kitchen management experience
• Valid Food Manager Certification

• Proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

🚩 Heads Up

• Workweeks expected to be 46-48 hours without mention of overtime pay
• Requires 6-8 classes taught per week plus management duties
