You'll own the performance marketing strategy for Paytm Money, driving scalable user acquisition across mutual funds, equities, and derivatives. You'll optimize full-funnel campaigns from awareness to conversion, focusing on ROI and CAC. This role bridges marketing, analytics, and product to accelerate growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own performance marketing strategy across Google, Meta, programmatic, OEMs
• Manage large-scale acquisition budgets with ROI focus
• Optimize full-funnel campaigns from awareness to conversion
• Partner with product to improve landing pages and onboarding flows

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in performance marketing or growth roles
• Strong background in broking, wealth management, or fintech
• Proven track record managing large-scale digital acquisition budgets
• Deep understanding of stock markets, mutual funds, and derivatives
