Description

You will perform maintenance tasks including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, prepare vacant apartments for move-in, and ensure the property's general upkeep. You'll provide excellent customer service to residents and be part of an on-call rotation for emergencies, with the opportunity to earn EPA 608 certification after 12 months.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trade education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for on-call rotation including weekends and evenings
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs frequently
• Personal reliable transportation

• Preserve building beauty and community safety through general upkeep and snow removal
