💼 About This Role

You'll lead and grow a well-established SEO practice at a digital consultancy of ~50 specialists in Sydney. You'll bring strategic direction, earn client trust at a senior level, and shape how the business approaches AI-driven search across GEO, AEO, and LLMs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead senior client relationships including QBRs and strategic planning
• Provide direction across technical, content and authority-led SEO programs
• Support pitches and new business opportunities
• Mentor and develop three direct reports
• Collaborate with paid media, analytics, content and outreach teams

📋 Requirements

• Strong, well-rounded SEO experience across technical, content and strategic work
• Proven track record of leading teams and developing people
• Confidence in senior client conversations
• Commercial instincts to translate search into business language
• Genuine curiosity about where search is heading (GEO, AEO, LLM-led discovery)
