You will manage technical integrations including APIs and data migrations, and provide tailored training sessions to ensure clients can effectively utilize the platform. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead onboarding for new B2B SaaS clients through setup and configuration.
• Manage API integrations, data migrations, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand operational requirements and provide training.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth sales-to-onboarding transition.

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Based in Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Taiwan, or Mainland China
• 2-4 years of experience in client relationship roles
• Ability to explain technical subjects simply
